Jean-Pierre Jacquemoud

Managing partner

Jean-Pierre Jacquemoud was called to the bar in 1973 in Geneva.

Jean-Pierre obtained a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence at the University of Texas (Austin Law School) and was admitted to the Bar of New York.

He was a member of the Geneva Parliament and has acted as director on the board of various banking institutions and multinational companies, amongst others: Aéroport International de Genève, Banque Audi (Suisse) SA, Branson Ultrasonic SA, Cofis Holding SA, Conforama, FNAC (Suisse) SA, Sanofi-Aventis (Suisse) SA, Socinvest Finance SA, Total Oil Trading SA.

Timur Ganchin

Timur Ganchin has twelve years of experience in litigation, real estate and major investment projects. He has conducted more than 400 proceedings, acting both for individual clients and for large national and international companies. Timur is known for representation of: Lamnalco Group, PPF GROUP, Mercuria Energy Group, New square, SOK group, Itera group, Bank Vozrozhdenie, Mosfundamentstroi-6,  Ecooffice group, The Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office.

He is a member of The Attorney Chamber of Moscow and Ph.D in legal science.

Prior to joining J&S, Timur Ganchin headed law firm “Barshchevsky&Partners” as its managing partner.

Konstantin Rybalov

Legal attorney, Ph.D, member of the Attorney Chamber of Moscow, member of the Legal Advisors Association Moscow Department. Professional experience since 1999.

Since 2005 Konstantin has been a Partner of Moscow City Bar Association “Barschevsky & Partners”. He specialises in criminal litigation, jury trials, family disputes, including complicated divorce processes, property disputes between former spouses, protection of parental rights. Konstantin Rybalov is interested in science and teaching and also has a number of publications on legal issues in various Russian periodicals. He is also the author of “A special judicial proceedings order in the Russian Federation and its implementation problems” (Moscow., 2004).

Areti Charidemou

Areti Charidemou obtained an LLB Law from the University of Athens and she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 1990.

Mrs. Charidemou is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

As a result of her experience, capacity and reputation, Areti Charidemou is appointed in the Board of Directors of many Companies in Cyprus and abroad.
